Job description
Reception & Guest Services
- Welcome clients, partners, and candidates visiting the company
- Guide visitors to the appropriate meeting area or contact person
- Handle incoming calls and emails, forwarding them to the appropriate departments
- Manage meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms and necessary equipment
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents
- Manage office equipment and working tools
Office Administration
- Manage and distribute office supplies, beverages, and office equipment
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, and security services
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and legal documents
- Manage company stamps and document stamping procedures
- Handle payment requests for office operational expenses
- Support travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and visas for employees and management
HR & Recruitment Support
- Contact candidates and arrange interview schedules
- Prepare interview rooms and welcome candidates
- Support internal events such as birthdays, quarterly parties, and Year End Party
Other Tasks
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR & Administration Manager
Requirements
- College or University degree in related fields
- Preferred 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Basic English communication is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Honest, careful, supportive, and detail-oriented
