Job description

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end features using ReactJS, NextJS, and backend frameworks (Java, Python, Kotlin)
  • Implement and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt management, streaming responses, and model-serving endpoints
  • Design and build high-performance RESTful APIs handling complex data structures such as Blob, JSONB, and real-time streams
  • Optimize database systems (SQL/NoSQL) for AI memory, vector storage, and transaction logging
  • Monitor and improve system performance, especially latency in AI interactions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and AI Engineers to deliver product features

Technical requirements

  • Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and state management libraries
  • Experience handling asynchronous requests (Fetch API, Streaming, WebSocket)
  • Backend experience with Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Familiarity with LLM systems, prompt engineering, or vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of GPU resource management is a plus
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL (JSONB) and familiarity with MongoDB
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Soft skills

  • Ability to mentor junior developers
  • Strong problem-solving skills in distributed systems
  • Professional English communication for technical collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI chatbot platforms or automation systems
  • Contributions to open-source projects
