Job description

  • Design, develop, and optimize backend systems for company products
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and AI services
  • Collaborate with Product, Mobile, Frontend, and AI teams to deliver new features
  • Optimize system performance, databases, and data processing workflows
  • Handle debugging, troubleshooting, and production support issues
  • Propose improvements for architecture, coding standards, and development workflows
  • Write technical documentation for system operation and product development
  • Research and apply new technologies to improve system quality

Technical requirements

  • 2 – 4+ years of experience in Backend Development
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language:
    • NodeJS
    • Golang
    • Python
    • Java
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of databases:
    • PostgreSQL
    • MySQL
    • MongoDB or equivalent
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and system security
  • Experience using Git and working in team environments
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset, responsibility, and product thinking

Nice to have

  • Experience working in product startup environments
  • Experience with AI services or AI products
  • Experience with:
    • WebSocket
    • Realtime systems
    • Queue systems
    • Caching
    • Microservices
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud services
  • Experience building systems from the early stage
