Job Description

Medical Data Review & Annotation

  • Review, curate, and validate medical datasets (pathology, radiology, laboratory data, clinical notes, etc.).
  • Provide clinical labeling and verification for AI training datasets, ensuring medical correctness.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to define data annotation standards and quality assurance protocols.

Clinical Expertise & AI Model Support

  • Provide medical guidance during model design, training, and validation phases.
  • Interpret AI model outputs and assist in clinical evaluation of algorithm performance (accuracy, sensitivity, specificity).
  • Identify potential clinical risks or biases in AI results and propose corrective approaches.

AI Integration & Product Validation

  • Support integration of AI tools into clinical workflows (screening, triage, diagnostic support).
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with hospital partners to ensure clinical usability.
  • Translate medical use cases into clear functional requirements for the AI product team.

Research & Innovation

  • Identify and define new AI use cases applicable to clinical practice (diagnostic imaging, pathology, preventive care, etc.).
  • Support research publications and documentation in collaboration with Trivita AI’s research team.
  • Stay up to date with medical AI trends, regulatory standards, and ethical frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical university.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers.
  • Solid understanding of medical data, healthcare workflows, and diagnostic processes.
  • Strong interest in AI, data-driven healthcare, and digital innovation.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to clinical accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in medical imaging, pathology, or laboratory medicine.
  • Knowledge of data labeling, medical informatics, or clinical research methods.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, model validation, and healthcare data privacy.
  • Experience working on AI, HealthTech, or digital transformation projects.
