Job Description

Analysis & Documentation

  • Collaborate with hospital departments (diagnostics, pathology, radiology, etc.) to gather business and clinical requirements.
  • Analyze existing healthcare workflows (EMR, HIS, PACS, LIS, telemedicine) and identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and use cases with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including BRD, FRD, Data Mapping Sheets, Workflow Diagrams, and Wireframes.
  • Ensure requirements traceability across design, development, and testing phases.

Product Development & Feedback

  • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and sprint planning, ensuring well-defined and prioritized user stories.
  • Validate developed features to ensure they meet clinical and business requirements prior to release.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with QA to ensure system readiness in hospital environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between healthcare stakeholders and the AI development team, ensuring accurate translation of clinical requirements into product features.
  • Consolidate input from doctors, department heads, business leaders, and data scientists to align with business goals.
  • Lead product planning sessions, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide continuous feedback from end-users (doctors, technicians, nurses) to improve usability and model reliability.

Research & Regulatory Insight

  • Stay up to date with trends in AI for healthcare, digital pathology, telemedicine, and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Support regulatory submissions and documentation (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485, Vietnamese MOH compliance).
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and assess market opportunities for medical AI products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, or Healthcare Project Coordinator.
  • Experience working in or with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or healthcare solution providers.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (EMR, HIS, PACS, LIS, telemedicine).
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills, with knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to medical audiences.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in AI/ML healthcare applications (diagnostic AI, chatbots, voice assistants, medical imaging tools).
  • Familiarity with FHIR / HL7, data interoperability, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Passion for innovation in medical education, telehealth, and public health technology.
