Documentation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with hospital departments (diagnostics, pathology, radiology, etc.) to gather <strong>business and clinical requirements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze existing <strong>healthcare workflows<\/strong> (EMR, HIS, PACS, LIS, telemedicine) and identify opportunities for AI integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business needs into <strong>functional requirements, user stories, and use cases<\/strong> with clear acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain documentation including <strong>BRD, FRD, Data Mapping Sheets, Workflow Diagrams, and Wireframes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure <strong>requirements traceability<\/strong> across design, development, and testing phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Development &amp; Feedback<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the Product Owner in <strong>backlog management and sprint planning<\/strong>, ensuring well-defined and prioritized user stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate developed features to ensure they meet <strong>clinical and business requirements<\/strong> prior to release.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support <strong>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)<\/strong> and coordinate with QA to ensure system readiness in hospital environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stakeholder Collaboration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as a <strong>bridge between healthcare stakeholders and the AI development team<\/strong>, ensuring accurate translation of clinical requirements into product features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolidate input from <strong>doctors, department heads, business leaders, and data scientists<\/strong> to align with business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead <strong>product planning sessions, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming meetings<\/strong> with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide continuous feedback from <strong>end-users<\/strong> (doctors, technicians, nurses) to improve usability and model reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research &amp;
