class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and execute the product roadmap for AI features, managing backlog and prioritizing based on business value and technical feasibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business goals into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to define how LLMs are integrated into the user journey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the bridge between AI Research, Backend Engineering, Design, and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and track key metrics such as accuracy, user retention, and latency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain clear product documentation, release notes, and internal documentation in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong backlog management and experience running scrum processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical mindset with understanding of system architecture (APIs, workflows, databases)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong English communication, able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally to deliver products on schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred experience in SaaS, AI, or Fintech domains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience launching AI-driven features or automation platforms is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong UI\/UX understanding, especially for conversational
