TRIVITA AI is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer (Tester) to ensure quality across next-generation healthcare AI systems, focusing on automation-first QA, test frameworks, API testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Apply an automation-first quality approach to support the platform’s increasingly complex and evolving architecture.
  • Extend and enhance test automation frameworks to cover new features and system improvements.
  • Evaluate user stories and provide guidance on testable acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide effort estimation for quality engineering tasks.
  • Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with the Quality Engineering team.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and troubleshoot product issues to support customer operations.
  • Leverage AI Coding Assistants to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and detect issues early in the development lifecycle.

Additional Quality Assurance Responsibilities

  • Test Execution: Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and quality.
  • Defect Reporting: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using defect management tools.
  • Test Case Development: Create and maintain detailed test cases aligned with project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of test results, defect logs, and test case updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements and QA best practices.
  • Training & Development: Stay current with new tools, technologies, and methodologies in quality assurance and automation.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
  • Experience working within Scrum or Agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of API testing and backend service validation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
  • AI-native mindset: High curiosity and willingness to apply AI tools in day-to-day engineering work, including prompt engineering, LLM integration, agent-based patterns, and AI-driven automation.
  • Conversational-level English communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a QA Team Lead or Test Lead role.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms such as Kobiton, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • ISTQB certification is a strong plus.
