Job description
- Design, develop, and optimize backend systems for company products
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and AI services
- Collaborate with Product, Mobile, Frontend, and AI teams to deliver new features
- Optimize system performance, databases, and data processing workflows
- Handle debugging, troubleshooting, and production support issues
- Propose improvements for architecture, coding standards, and development workflows
- Write technical documentation for system operation and product development
- Research and apply new technologies to improve system quality
Technical requirements
- 2 – 4+ years of experience in Backend Development
- Proficiency in at least one backend language:
- NodeJS
- Golang
- Python
- Java
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of databases:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- MongoDB or equivalent
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and system security
- Experience using Git and working in team environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset, responsibility, and product thinking
Nice to have
- Experience working in product startup environments
- Experience with AI services or AI products
- Experience with:
- WebSocket
- Realtime systems
- Queue systems
- Caching
- Microservices
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud services
